Let’s Talk About Secret Guilt
In the Secrets series – now two editions – we visit another small town in Indiana. This one even smaller than Evelynton. It’s a village full of odd characters. All are unique. Most are loveable. Some are difficult to like. You’ve probably met them in different areas of your life. No matter how quirky the personality, they all fit together to make up the community of Twin Fawn. But if you read the Evelynton Murder series you will recognize one important citizen new to Twin Fawn. In Caffeinated Murder, you’ll remember that realtor Clair Lane married the local veterinarian, Michael Barry. In Secret Guilt they have relocated to Twin Fawn to start their life together.
Liberty Cassell is comfortable living her no stress life. Until, that is, she is confronted with a truth from her history that will turn her world upside down. The thing about secrets in a small town is that they are bound to be unearthed.
The Secret Series explores God’s mercy and grace, and how we embrace it.

Since my books have been centered in Indiana, let’s look at Angola, IN. If you’re looking for it on the map, you’ll find it in the far northeast corner of the state.
For travelers, there’s easy access by I-69 and the Indiana Toll Road (I-80 and I-90)
Some of the first settlers of Angola, Indiana came from Angola, New York. So they named their new town after the old one.
There’s lots to do in Angola both summer and winter. Century old buildings in downtown Angola house some charming antique shops, lunch eateries and boutiques.
If you’re looking for fishing or boating, Angola is located in Stueben County, home to 101 natural lakes. Pokagon State Park is nearby for camping, hiking, swimming, and tobogganing.
And let’s not forget the several wineries in the area.
The days of my life are written in the Lord’s Book of Life. I ask Him to give me wisdom in living them.
A Verse to Begin the Year
“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12 NIV
