Conditioning but low softening for fine hair.

1. Deionized Water 
   Solvent, moisturizer.  Water that has had the minerals and impurities removed. More processed than distilled and more stable for chemistry. Used as a solvent for other ingredients in the formula
2. Glycol Distearate 
    Emollient, emulsifier, pearlizer, thickener
3. Cetyl Alcohol USP 
    Emollient, controls viscosity
4. Cetylpyridinium Chloride USP  
    Bactericidal and fungicidal softener and detangler. Prevents fly-aways
5. Glycol Stearate & Laureth-23 
    Reduces friction and controls viscosity
6. DMDM Hydantoin  
    Preservative
7. Fragrance
    Honeysuckle
8. Hydrolized Wheat Protein  
    Repairs/ replaces protein depletion, protects from additional damage. Improves elasticity. Source of vitamins and amino acids. Controls split ends
9. Citric Acid USP 
    Balances pH, softens hard water for better product performance. Antioxidant
10. Simethicone USP  
     Lubricant, smoothing, reduces roughness
